Satyam

The story of Satyam computer is not shocking to me. I think what Mr. Raju did might be against laws but not against justice. After all he had groomed this company for about 20 years. It had grown into a giant IT company. But I feel that there was some move by some company to acquire Satyam. It may be legal. But after having given birth and groomed the baby if someone snatches her from one's arm it is quite natural to resist it. But at one point of time the inevitable had to be faced. So I think Mr. Raju could not do anything but to be a silent spectator which he did not want to be. So he must have made away with the balance money and left the company to be managed by others. His justification would be that the money suspected to be appropriated is for the work he had done all these years. This is only my imagination. This may or may not be wrong. But I think it is quite logical.
